Her Role
Michaela Marine is an associate attorney at McFarland Law Group. She graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2015 and was selected to Rising Stars: 2022-2023 by the Super Lawyers rating service for her distinguished work helping clients resolve family law issues.
Michaela has practiced law in Kansas City since 2016, working at multiple law firms as well as the Missouri Court of Appeals. At McFarland Law Group, she serves as a communications intermediary, assists with gathering and presenting evidence, and handles select cases on her own for qualifying clients. Her devoted work makes it possible for the practice to help a larger, more diverse range of clients. She continues to help shape and make the practice what it is through her dedication to families and to the laws enshrined to protect them.
Her service to the families and children of Kansas City extends beyond her professional role at McFarland Law Group. As a true advocate for the health and well-being of the community, she has volunteered with Newhouse, The Birthday Party Project, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
